Confidentiality is essential within the Counselling relationship, the Counselling service adheres to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework which is a governing body that ensures that all Counsellors and psychotherapists work is monitored and that they work within a framework that ensures a professional standard that is both safe an ethical. This enables a young person to discuss their concerns without the worry that the information is shared with a third party without the young persons consent.

Hi and welcome to B 4 change Counselling website.
My name is Chenze and I am a qualified and highly experienced Counsellor/psychotherapist based in Chesterfield UK and I work with children and young adults throughout the Derbyshire area and online worldwide.
I am currently offering sessions face to face, online or by text message. Whatever your preference.

Anxiety
Some people find it hard to control their worries. Their feelings of anxiety are more constant and can often affect their daily lives.

Eating Problems
Eating problems is when food is used to control food to cope with strong feelings, thoughts and other situations.
Unhealthy eating behaviours may include eating too much or too little or worrying about your weight or body shape.

Self Harm
Self-harm is when somebody intentionally damages or injures their body.
It is not always clear why a person starts to self harm or continues to. However through Counselling you can begin to discover your own triggers and learn different ways to manage stress levels.

ADHD / Neurodivirsity
“Neurodiversity” is a catch-all term that takes in a lot of ground these days. It can include autisim as well as those who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia or other conditions considered “neurodivergent.”

Abuse can come in many forms, such as: physical or verbal maltreatment, injury, assault, violation, rape, unjust practices, crimes, or other types of aggression.
